Winter Clothing Drive @ Time Out Market DUMBO

Help us spread love and warmth in our community.

Kindly drop off your new or gently-used winter coats and accessories for our neighbors in need at the designated drop boxes located on the 1st and 5th floors at Time Out Market New York (DUMBO) - 55 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, from Monday, November 24 – Friday, December 26.

    for Adults & Kids - All Sizes!

Donated clothing will be distributed within the community to those in need in preparation for the cold winter months ahead.

Spread Cheer Event @ Time Out Market

Monday, Dec. 1, 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm @ Time Out Market - 55 Water Street, DUMBO (5th floor).‍ ‍

Spread love and cheer by joining Spread Love Brooklyn & The Service Collective for some festive volunteer service for the whole family, and help make an impact in our community.

We will be crafting ornaments to support Vinegar Hill Food Pantry’s Giving Tree at the DUMBO Tree Lighting, creating heartfelt holiday cards for homebound seniors at Heights and Hills, and designing holiday cards to be paired with a donated toy from Spread Love Brooklyn’s upcoming Community Toy Drive. We’ll make as many ornaments and cards as we can while supplies last!

All ages welcome! (13+ may attend without a guardian.) Please bring nonperishable foods to donate to Vinegar Hill Food Pantry.

Help spread love to kids in our local Brooklyn communities by donating school supplies to kids attending the top 5 highest-needs schools in District 33, as well as local families who have reached out asking for assistance. Donations can be dropped off at St. Ann's church (M-Th 9 am-5pm & Sun 10 am-2 pm) by Aug 24.

Spread Love Brooklyn, Team TLC, and Plymouth Church are organizing a Warm Coat and Clothing Collection to spread love and warmth to asylum-seekers and migrants (as well as others who may be in need).

Please Drop Off Donations for Men, Women, and Children:

  • Winter Coats (puffy preferred)

  • Sweaters/Sweatshirts

  • Warm Accessories (Hats, Gloves, Mittens, Scarves)

  • Pants (Jeans and Sweatpants, Leggings)

  • Winter Boots

  • Sneakers/Sturdy Shoes (no dress shoes)

  • New (in package) Underwear (all sizes, genders)

    (All items must be Dignity-Checked - washed, or new, no rips, tears, etc.)

Please join us at Plymouth Church on Nov. 19 from 12-3 p.m. to spread love as we support asylum-seekers and migrants in need in our community. Donate your washed and gently-used, or new, warm clothing items for men, women, and children!

We are accepting coats (puffy preferred), jackets, warm-weather accessories, pants, shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, boots, and sneakers. Underwear and socks must be NEW, in-package.
